11:59pm –

God, I thank you that you’ve given me the ability to improve myself. Through Your Word and through Your wisdom, you teach us to become better. Thank you God.

Lord, I messed up a lot today because I followed what feels good instead of what’s important or what is good. Jesus, this Thanksgiving weekend, I have many things to be thankful for. But let me not be just thankful for one day, may it be for eternity. Your praise will ever be on my lips.

In this world, there is a never-ending truth, and that is, Jesus loves You. God, thank you for loving me! Thank you Jesus, for dying for me! The only blood that washing me clean is You, O Lord.

God, may you bless those who love You, and bring those who hate you back to You. Thank you Jesus. God, I know that Thanksgiving is not about food, and it should never be about food, but about You love, your kindness, Your goodness, Your Ebenezer. Thank you Jesus, thank you God.

12:13am –

God, I thank you for today. I thank you for your protections, I thank you for all the troubles, all the pain, all the worries, when bad things come, when worries and troubles and strife comes, I will still give You praise. When good things come, I will still give You praise. You are beyond the human law of moderation. Jesus, we give You all the glory, and all the honor, and all the praise. Your praise will always be on our lips.

God, I have so many weaknesses, so many open doors. …  but I aim for You. If my only weakness is You, O Lord, and your weakness is stronger than man’s strength, then my weakness will be my strength. You are our shield and our hope, O Lord. In You, the nations put their trust. Among the gods there is none like You. And no one else can touch my heart like You do.

10:35pm – 11:13pm (session continues)

God, I come before you to say thank you. To say that You are my father and my defender. When temptation comes, you gave me strength and knowledge and wisdom to delay and to think, to think about You. I have Your blood. Thank You God. What matters, O Lord, is that I try, my life is all about trying, trying to seek You, trying to love You, trying to pick up my sword and fight for love. I fail a lot, many times, most of the times, almost all the time, and I gave up many times, many many times, but I still try. To me, O Lord, life is about trying. Lead us O Lord, lead us to You. Continue to teach us wisdom and knowledge and your love.

Father God, people may leave me, but you never leave me nor forsake me. All I need in life, O Lord, is You. Just lay me down, you fill me up to pour me out.

You give people their destinies.

God, I come before you to worship You O God. I do not know how much time I have left. I don’t know how much time we have left. But however much time that we have, may we maximize our time with You, O Lord. You don’t give your heart in pieces. I thank You God. You gave it all O Lord. Thank You. My time here on earth is limited, it is but a span. I do not know what’s going to happen in this world or my life, but You hold the whole world in Your hands. You change everything O Lord. Thank you. You are not a man who should lie. You gave your whole heart. Thank you Jesus. It’s not in your nature to withhold from me.

Help us not to thank You for granted. Not to take peace for granted. Not to take freedom for granted. Not to take Bethel, my fellow Christian brothers and sisters, my church, for granted. Help me Lord, not to take my current situation or future situations for granted. Each day is a gift from You. Thank You Jesus.

You love me because. Help me to be my best in You. Thank you Jesus, thank you God. It’s not in Your nature to withhold from me. God, may You bless my church, may You bless my Christian brothers and sisters. May you bless this world, this country, this nation, and all the countries of this world. You are coming for them. You are coming for all of them. You are gathering broken hearts, broken minds, broken pieces to You O God. You are mending us again. You are coming for us. You are coming for us. Thank You Jesus.

Give us hearts that love You, hearts that seek You. Give us hearts that know You. You are not a God who hides. Thank You Jesus. We made mistakes, I made mistakes, I envied the proud, I envied those who are without restraint. I know O Lord, that seek You, that spending time with You, should be our number one thing. You should be our one thing.

You are not here to tease us; You are here to love us. You are the God that keeps Your word, that keeps your promises. Thank You God, thank you Jesus. Your love is pure. Your love is precious. Thank you God for making us precious, so precious. Who are we to judge, O Lord, on who we should love or love more. Everyone is your creation; everyone is your beloved. Thank You God, thank you Father.

Thank you Father for your mercy. Thank you God for your grace. You are changing everything. You are changing me. You are changing everyone. Thank you Jesus, thank you God.

Heal my mind, heal my heart, heal my soul, heal my spirit, and heal us O Lord. Heal us. Heal our nation. Heal this world. Thank You Jesus, thank you God. You are a loving God and loving Father. Thank you Jesus, you are wonderful and you are great. You are almighty. You give us hope. You give us future. This poor man called, and you healed him. This poor man called, and you answered. You are the God who answers prayer. You are the God who loves us. You are the God who is in control. You just love us because.

12:56am – 1:35am

God, I thank You for today. For everything that You have done for me. For giving me hope. Lord…. But You still love me. …

I guess the most important thing is to try even if I will fail. Thank You God. … Jesus, my desires are an open field before You. You know my song.

[I felt a sense of dread but speaking in tongues and saying the God of Peter is my God among other affirmations helps to dispel it. Also prayed for protection against retaliation. Came when I decided to get my 2016 petitions.] Father God, .. my petitions lie before You.

Protect us O God. I feel something dark, something dark that is coming in the world. It’s nice to know I’m not alone found my home here in Your arms. Or my life. Take my sword and fight for love.

Times are going to get darker, O God, but help us O God, to pick up our swords and fight for love. Prepare us O God. Ready us O Lord and keep us readied. Help us to dance with You Jesus. Protect us Jesus, protect us O God. I found a home here in Your arms.

So Jesus, protect us O God, protect us from the dark times. Jesus, bring us back to You, bring us back to You O God. I remember the times of evangelism, O God. I can look back to those times. The memorable moments of my life are with You and other believers. The memorable moments of my life is when I decided to pick up my sword to fight for love. Thank You Jesus for your mercy, Thank You God for your grace. Forgive us O Lord. Forgive us O God. You are the God who saves me. Help us to dance with You.

Thank You God. I feel safe; I feel happy with You. May my home be in Your arms. Thank You Jesus. May your songs, may your praise never end.

What I’m Thankful for App Review (Randomizer)

10/19/2016: What I’m Thankful for App Review (Randomizer)

Around 5:30pm

I’m so thankful to have found this app. I’ve been searching for this app during my free time working at UTEP for more than an hour. This app outputs random string of words from a list. It has other functions, too, but this was the one I was looking for. I tried looking at flashcard apps but they weren’t compatible to what I was seeking.

With this app, I can write a list of things that I’m thankful for and, when I pray, the app can shuffle the list back to me. It is also great for prayer lists and random quotes. Many times, I forget what to pray for so this can help me.

Here are some screenshots of the app:

I hope this app can help you as much as it helped me.
